Jan Ensing Hard to believe father and son just recorded and edited this album together, in a homestudio, just for the love of it. Great progrock.

willy vlyminck The furious opener marks the take no prisoner attitude that sets the tone for the entire album. If yiu like the 5uu's debut and the louder Zappa albums from the Seventies , you should give this album a try. the are of course much more influences like UK and some French bands of the more adventurous nature. I could go on with Simon Steensland and early Anekdoten. as references to give you an idea what to expect, but they don't copy anyone and this album is easily a 2013 highlight Favorite track: Bomb alert.

Bomb alert 08:19
Attention please, this is a security announcement: Please do not leave your luggage unattended at any time. Verse 1: Thousands of people are waiting in lines to give up their luggage They're talking and joking and killing the time they're moving sluggish Business as usual: Standardized Deadly dullness and nervousness Situation's not equalized no room for transgress Chorus: Security stuff is running around A fearful movement is changing the sound The scenery now looks like an open wound The crowd is hit by a violant pound Some people shout and try to escape Others use mobiles for their 'Insta-tape' The reason for is a dangerous jape There's a lonesome suitcase Verse 2: The panic is over state of trans Confusion and blood A lot of people without a chance There's no god to help Fire departement and ambulance Torned fingers and broken panes Wobbling bodies stupid glance What a sinker, what a sinker (Guitar solo) Interlude: Statistics are telling that the possibility for an assault is nearly zero And indeed it is more likely to fall off a ladder and die or by an arrow Yes we know life is very threatening most of the time it ends fine and happily It's just our mind that juggles us things Sometimes it's dumb sometimes it's gabby Announcements: Attention please, this is a security announcement: Please do not leave your luggage unattended at any time. Achtung bitte, dies ist eine Sicherheitsdurchsage. Bitte lassen Sie Ihr Gepäck zu keiner Zeit unbeaufsichtigt. Atención por favor, este es un anuncio de seguridad. Por favor, no deje su equipaje desatendido en ningún momento. Attencione prego, questo è un avviso di sicurezza. Si prega di non lasciare i bagliagli in costoditi in nessun momento. Grazie.

Pollock 07:14
Action-painting it is more then just a mode It's dynamic and not consciously controlled Or influenced by the artist The picture is not planned in advance And Pollock put the canvas on the floor Then he drips all the colours here on Like a wizard he is dancing around full of paint from head to toe He is merged with the ground he pours out of of cans He splashes with the brush He smears with his hands He's in a rush A cigarette in the corner of his mouth Jack the dripper Jack the dripper Jack the dripper Jack.....

Intro: Everything is well sorted All the stuff is on the right place All things must be ordered The 'A' and 'O' is the base Existence seems regulated Although there's all mess The habbits are variated But there's just confusion Confusion!!! Verse 1: Drive and drink at any time? You don't need that traffic lights? To killing people that's not a crime? All that counts is just despite? Verse 2: To be responsable is a big thing Conversations without hate The richest man is not a king, he's just rich Chorus: We are bounded daede by nininstructions in the pool in ordinance so we are cool That is legislation, ministration act of cruel Verse 3: We need instructions to understand We need directions promised land We need tutorials in our hand We need arrangements Verse 4: It's explained step by step The meanings lost in translation Then you fall into a trap Sometimes they become commands Outro: Bound by instructions Directions! Bound by instructions Arrangements! ................... Bound!!!

Anything's making the motion I look for the code Dancing wild with a notion I can't switch the mode They don't want to go either They rather like to stay at home To lick an ice-cream as a crime In the home-grown-comb Iam zapping around in a stall Lock myself to avert the free fall It is wrong to do this It is wrong to do this All the blind-mens peepholas are there Fixed on TVs There is really nothing on air You can see this Pre Chorus: Pulp Stalking! Pulp Stalking! Pulp Stalking! Pulp Stalking! In the warehouse of promise and pomp You can get the equipment to stomp It's so easy to know what it means when the note grows speedy inside my brain Chorus: Pulp Stalking - cause the pleasure doesn't pay Pulp Stalking - it comes with delay Pulp Stalking - it's all what you do like you feel the decay I know Pulp Stalking - in a package, in a wall-breaking flight battle, in a row with a rite-rattle He says: No is not quite what it means. No is not quite what it means. No is not quite what it means. No is not quite what it means. I say : No means no! Chorus: Pulp Stalking - cause the pleasure doesn't pay Pulp Stalking - it comes with delay Pulp Stalking - it's all what you do like you feel the decay I know Pulp Stalking - in a package, in a wall-breaking flight battle, in a row with a rite-rattle He sais: No is not quite what it means. I say : No means no!

All together build a 52 minute RiO-avant-prog trip with some excursions into other genres such as fusion, psych-, art-rock and canterbury.

At this point we would also like to mention all those who supported us after the release of our debut in 2021: All the boys and girls who gave us a listen, radio DJs, reviewers and the many Bandcamp listeners. And of course, Bandcamp itself! Thank you for being an artist first platform. You all gave us the drive to create a second LP.

"cHoclat FRoG" is a german progressiverock studio-duo featuring Rainer and Tim Ludwig.
Both members have been playing together since 2003 after the 70's progger Rainer encouraged his daughter's boyfriend to play bass and gradually got him hooked
