Part I (Opposites)
06:01
|
|||
Wrong - Right
Strong - Tight
Fake - Real
Break - Deal
What's the truth?
The advertising ads try to sell things that nobody needs
Some politicians promise things nobody believes
Religions are telling us stories that can't be true
Conspiracy theorists claim nonsense they don't believe themselves
(Key solo)
She's a man he's a woman, okay I don't care
Vegetarism, veganism, carnivore, omnivore, eat what ever you want
Steaks are growing on trees, sausages in the sand
Climate is a global thing, believe it or let it be
(Bass solo)
The running man is not a preacher
The hammering man of Frankfurt doesn't work
A white rabbit is not the key to leave
So you feel the pain or it doesn't hurt
Reality - Tragedy
Reality - Tragedy
Oargh!
Philosophy - Strategy
Philosophy - Strategy
(another bass solo)
Freedom, Peace, Singularity, Association!
You are not alone if you have a home
A family could be a forttress and a battlefiled as well
Somebody need to be at hotspots while the others like their cell
The most of us strive for happiness but it's just a race to survive
With the first breath of your being you began to die
|
||||
2. |
||||
Don't waste your time........ nevermind
Money creates taste
Use it or lose it
Less is best
The army of the wise guys is passing away
Let them sing their last "hooray" (hip hip)
Dispassion is left in the dust
Freedom of opinion is a must
The mission of the losers not coming from god
This is not this and this is it not
They are on their fucking ruthless walk
They don't ask questions they do not talk
|
||||
3. |
Part III (Philosophers)
06:04
|
|||
Intro citations of Jean-Paul Sartre:
Intro citations of John Locke:
"As people are walking all the time, in the same spot, a path appears."
"It is easier for a tutor to command than to teach."
"Where there is no property there is no injustice."
"Reverie is when ideas float in our mind without reflection or regard of the understanding."
"The improvement of understanding is for two ends: first, our own increase of knowledge; secondly, to enable us to deliver that knowledge to others."
"No man's knowledge here can go beyond his experience."
"The discipline of desire is the background of character."
"Education begins the gentleman, but reading, good company and reflection must finish him."
"The only fence against the world is a thorough knowledge of it."
Thought food.........
Natural law based on regularity
Which deserves a second look
Are they really unmodifiably?
All this is science and not a fluke
Some thoughts are the results of coincidence
Or a flash of inspiration
It's never a case of providence
Instead it is a logical ligation
Knowledge can't go beyond experience
No property
To be proficient in something creates confidence
No injustice
So you can beat the life with nonchalance
No property
No injustice, no injustice
(instrumental outro)
|
||||

Part IV (Useless talk)
05:49
|
|||
Lusíadas from Luís Vaz de Camões:
"As armas e os Barões assinalados
Que da Ocidental praia Lusitana
Por mares nunca de antes navegados
Passaram ainda além da Taprobana,
Em perigos e guerras esforçados
Mais do que prometia a força humana,
E entre gente remota edificaram
Novo Reino, que tanto sublimaram"
"Já neste tempo o lúcido Planeta,
Que as horas vai do dia distinguindo,
Chegava à desejada e lenta meta,
A luz celeste às gentes encobrindo,
E da casa marítima secreta
Lhe estava o Deus Noturno a porta abrindo,
Quando as infidas gentes se chegaram
As naus, que pouco havia que ancoraram"
No I don't will cry
Kick all these lies
Without compromise
What counts is just free will
What counts is just free speech
What counts is that you pay your bills
It's meaningless to whine
It's meaningless to threaten
It's meaningless to ignore all that
No I don't will quit
I will override
Against this useless talk
This useless talk
This useless talk
Against this useless talk
|
||||
5. |
Part V (Need to survive)
06:17
|
|||
All we need is just survive
We don't need a miracle, no no
On demand from nine till five
Life is not a circle, go go
We do it wrong we do it right
And everything is possible, yeah yeah
Like a black box on a flight
our memories are disposable, oh oh
(Chorus:)
Options, Meanings, Titles, Functions
Nothing is leading
Confusion, Hodge-Podge, Punch-in Punch-out
So we are bleeding
To take the rough with the smooth
Don't have to bellyache, oh no
There is abandon and the ruth
Relevant is that we're not forsake, no one
(Chorus:)
Options, Meanings, Titles, Functions
Nothing is leading
Confusion, Hodge-Podge, Punch-in Punch-out
So we are bleeding
(Solo and outro)
|
||||
6. |
Part VI (Everything…)
01:35
|
|||
Everything was better before
'Was not'
Superstiton was omnipresent
'Yes it was'
Deseases plagues, blood on the floor
'Darkness'
All that deminished the pleasance
'Foolishness'
(Keys interlude)
Strong-man rule, survival of the fittest
'Easy'
Might makes right even more with arms
'Strong'
This time was full of witnesses
'Fine'
Injurys, hazards and harm
'Sad'
|
||||
7. |
||||
I'm so busy
I get no foot on the ground
I'm on duty
I'm tombling around
It's not easy
The stress, the dates, the invoices
I'm done
It's also greasy
Three kids and a wife
I own a house and a car
This is my life and my second home is the bar
I got two jobs
but it isn't enough
I'm rushing around
For all this useless stuff
(melody intermezzo)
My boss - A crook
The collegues - Lame ducks
Waiting for a fluke
I need more: Bucks, bucks, bucks bucks
(Synth solo; Monsters part)
I met some guys
Violence in their eyes
And we planned a rape
It was not a jape
The water is up to my neck
Feel like a wreck
I think that's my last chance
To dance the dance, dance the dance
I want my money back! I want my money back!
I want my money back! I want my money back
Or the party is over
(Guitar solo and outro)
|
||||
8. |
Part VIII (Metropolis)
03:58
|
|||
Hua, Hu, Haha
Hey, Ah
(Keys Intermezzo)
Sidewalk sounds and the sound of progress
The smell of junk food and the smell of success
His cars his anger the shrinking span
Without a sorrow for the later man, trance
(Guitar Intermezzo)
Is tryin' to go out of his tremulous room
On the supporsition that you're the zoom
The penis writing out another word
So hit the friend and ask "Does it hurt?"
Between the litter a grin in the fat-face
No loan forever in this floggy haze, my home
(Chorus:)
Promise, future
Start up be candid
Dullard, Jesus
Start up be candid
Number, primness
No way, no way
Prevail, looser
Try to be faithful
walking, tumble
Try to be......my home......faithful
|
||||
9. |
Part IX (The drinker)
05:36
|
|||
He's a heavy drinker and got always a dry mouth
The alcohol is his sinker, it's impossibel him to rouse
A bottle of hootch a day, sometimes much more
Is kicking his life away, that pulls him on the floor
Alcoholic dementia erodes his brain
Latent ischemia, he can't feel no pain
He wasn't sober for the last ten years
And soon it's over, that's what he fears
That's what he fears.......
(The scientist analyzed:)
Drinking more alcohol or for longer than intended
Try to cut down or stop drinking but beeing unsuccessful
Spending a lot of time drinking or feeling sick from hangover or the after effects
Experiencing in difference in daily life and relationships because of drinking or beeing sick from drinking to much
Having cravings for alcohol, continuing to drink even though it hurt relationships with friends and family
(drunken Guitar solo; the delirium)
(The drinker's end:)
The liver is now greased, function drastically decreased
The heart, the brain, the potentia weakens
The family has gone and he is finally all alone
Trembling, wiggling, wobbling and than the fall
The pee and the shit and the puke and that is all
Now he's dead, he's dead, he's dead
|
||||
10. |
||||
I tell you!
(angry incomprehensible words).....your shitty leaves!
(angry incomprehensible words).....fucking cats and dogs!
(angry incomprehensible words).....blocking car!
(angry incomprehensible words).....loud music!
You're a fucking neighbor, you're a bastard neighbor
Martin 's standing on his lawn and he's pissing around
Dirk's daughter is blaring in the dawn
Hedge row massacres cacophonous sound
Erotic bras in XXL hanging on the line
Close-packed! What's the spell?
Fake reality in ambarassing design
(sub bass)
Pathologic or messie gardens, the lawn gnome will not forget
Hobby florists are working ardend, yes the surface is just a trick
The TV-light is flickering blue and the supper is well flavored
Jim, Jane, Billy or Sue: Are they all bastard neighbors, too?
|
||||
11. |
||||
When the rhythm begins and the groove is perfect
All your dreams and nightmares are gone
And then your mind prepared that special effects
You're not clothed or naked to the bone
Aha!
(Guitar melody)
You're diving into the magic of wisdom
The time is off and you'rr feeling good
There's nothing more than peace and freedom
We are all drinking from the same ........from the same source
(another guitar melody; instrumental; 1st guitar solo)
Now it's off go home!
(bass and guitar solo battle)
Where the language ends music begins!
(bass and guitar duett)
Without music life is a mistake!
